Default What does it take to get a car listed in the Guide?

I enjoy watching Stock Eliminator, would love to go do it, and I have a car that's not listed int he Guide. I have a Honda S2000 originally bought to go road racing in, but had a change of heart on that front. I enjoy driving the car so much, that I kept it!

I TnT as often as I can, and as fun as that is, I want to do more!!

What does it take to get a car listed in the Guide?

I would start here. Call the one of the contacts for your division. At the very least, someone should be able to point you in the right direction.

It took me over two years to just get an engine approved- Bruce Bachelder would be the one to contact- he may have someone at the manufactor already that he knows to fill out NHRAs forms as they require. The bailout and cutbacks caused me a lot of dead ends and walls. With the new forms and approval process it might not be that bad for you. Just make an official request to include the vehicle you want to Bruce and see what happens Good luck and don't give up Richard M

From what I understand, as awesome as Carey's car is, SS/DX doesn't require that your car be listed in the Guide. Of course, I could be completely wrong!
