Any good 60 amp one wire alternator will do the job. I like the small CS-120 series GM alternator.
Remember though, you need to put it on an 80 amp or so relay, so that your kill switch will shut the car off. A spinning 60 amp one wire alternator with an 8 gauge wire run to one battery will keep the car running after they turn the kill switch off, unless it is run through a relay or solenoid. If you run it through a 30 amp relay, it will burn the relay and the wiring up, I've seen it done. You need an 80 amp relay and an 8 gauge or bigger charge wire from the alternator to the relay, and from the relay to the battery.
