1955 chevy with a 302 or a 375/396 in Superstock?

SuperStock GT....1969-. 302& 396

302=295or 300 w/ replacement heads...(11.56 weight break)?

396=390-405 depending on auto/manual trans. (8.9-8.56 weight break)

Car weighs 3200-3400lbs.

So, quick response would be...

...(11.56 weight break)? = ss/gt H? with 1969 302

or

(8.9-8.56 weight break)? =ss/gt B? with 1969 396

I'm close but not certain...
