Default Cost of a LS1

I am looking at buying a ls1 motor with only 52,000 miles. Its actually a ls6 block that came in a 2002 Camaro from the factor. Everthing comes with it. Just wondering if I could get sum input on what it coast to build one of there motors for stock probably A,B, or C car. Any input wood be great.

fast? I'd say $15k, probably on par with a big block

probably atleast 15K closer to 20k just for the motor and another 2500 for fuel injection system

On the ECU you can get a Vi-Pec with datalogger, wide band, sensors, all the bells and whistles for about $2000

Vipec is a good box from what I have heard. On top of that you can tune the stock ecu pretty extensively...
