Joe- I have the "the" family reunion this weekend, But the car will be at the track I have a ringer that is going to drive. I'll just say he's a former Division Champ in S/St and should do well. Hope for a good turn out.

This might be a interesting event. We have one of our customers, Jeff Smith Jr from Kendallville, IN coming over to race and have fun and as normal the whole Jackson group.
Dewman called he is coming from Columbus with his posse and I'm hearing Sean Graham will be in a car for the weekend and I hear Leahy is looking for a set of doors. 29 cars at the last event with Frank Jenkins being #1 qualifier and Paul Fidler winning the event. Doug Bates still #1 in the overall points. |

Well mother nature won at pacemakers Saturday night. In the Bill Jackson Racing engines SST series we got in 1 qualifying round. Bill Jackson, sponsor of the series went 6.953 on a 6.95 index for the #1 spot. #2 was Joe Oiler with his neat looking 55 Chevy and Joe went 6.954, but Joe had a great package. He had a .000 RT. I will let everyone know the rain date for this. Remember Oct 14th is the next scheduled race.
We had a total of 32 entered into the event. |
