TH 350 or 200 in LT 1 D/SA which is faster

I have been told the Metric 200 is faster and the best choice for stock applications looking for opinions

I'd say the 200. The guy to ask would probably be Woodro Josey, and he runs a 200 in his LT-1 Firebird.
