Everyone check this link. I have heard about these in the past, and know they have been outlawed, yet it seems they are still in production and available to anyone willing to spend the money.

Well the reason i say this is because people may be running these at non-sanctioned tracks, and although it is old news, that could be the reason people still run them. Just an fyi to those who haven't heard of these, they are still out there.
