Default Painted Headlamps

I know some of you guys have painted headlamps in your cars, and I was wondering can they be purchased or did you have to have them done by someone?

A company called Protronics use to make several varieties of headlight decals. (The also made a practice tree.) I believe Jeg's may have been or still is selling them.

Found 'em:

Myron, I could be off base, but I think he's after the tinted treatment like the Marshall's use on their Stockers.
