350hp/396 chevy question

Working on the motor in my nova. Looking for a little help can anyone tell me what duration on camshaft is good mine is in the 250-260 range. Trying to decide if i need another cam. Also what centerline is better on these motors? Any help appreciated Thank You in advance.
