Is there anyone else manufacturing solid-hydraulic lifters for stock eliminator engines besides Shubeck? If so what are they selling for a set? The last time I heard Shubeck was getting $800 a set for his lifters is that true?

Contact www.machdevelopment.com or call 602-278-1200. They will provide a set of coated / modified lifters for $350. The cam coating will be $150-$200. Together, they have started started new stocker engines with race spec valve springs at idle with no problems. Just the lifters is possible but not recommended. They will build you a custom cam or can coat your own cam. You can get both the cam coated and lifter package for less than Schubecks and not have the fear factor of the Schubecks (been through all of those issues, not pretty when they fail).
