Lots of variables, including car weight, weight transfer, suspension hit, rim width, etc.
I have the Hoosier 9" lightweight radials on 10" rims, car weighs 3,540lbs + and I footbrake. I've been running 21 lbs. of air. It's been a while since I ran the car over 3,700 lbs, but I don't recall changing the pressure then.

I run a 3600 pound wagon with a 305 and can run up to 35 pounds without any issue.

Start at 20lbs and go up from there. Talk with some of the guys running coil spring cars, they can tell you what will work.

Been running Hoosier's 30 x 10.5 radial slick on my nose heavy 3880 lb. BB Chevelle since the 2000 season using 3 pairs a season, pulling them off at 75 passes and typically aired to 18 psi.
Have gone 100+ passes on a set and I've run them with as much as 20 psi. Have gone a best of 1.28 60 foot and 1.36 60 foot breaking the beam with the back tires. ![]() ![]() My rule of thumb is to start at 5 psi more than what you ran with bias slicks.
