Default Eagle Cast Steel Cranks

Can anyone tell me if an Eagle cast steel replacement crank is an NHRA legal crank to use in a 88 Ford 5.0L fuelly motor? Thanks for the help.

To the best of my knowledge, no aftermarket crankshafts are accepted for NHRA Stock Eliminator.

Use the OEM crank and send it to Bullet Cams to have it prepped. The OEM 5.0 crank is a good piece.

Sorry "true race" probably is a bad desrcription. Are crank just had to have stock journal sizes (no shelf cranks that did, 400m) any way the crank came back with profiled counter weights and drilled rod throws plus it was polished to also help with windage, it looked like a billet crank.

My question of a "true" race crank was a bit sarcastic since any crank used for racing is technically a race crank.

The question started as a Stock Eliminator crankshaft. The description of the crank you are giving is not legal in Stock. It is not legal either in the base Super Stock Eliminator, unless you are running in the Modified classes with a Comp Eliminator style engine.

That engine was built for the "engine masters" competition. My experience lies more in comp eliminator type engines, I am slowly working on a car for stock but moneys going every where else.
