Nine out of ten rear ends are shorter than stock in the 4th gen cars.Mainly because of wheel off sets. Bogarts make the only wheel for a stock rear end.

Greg, I have a weld wheel under my 4th gen with a stock rear. I can get it in an 8'' and 10'' as well.

Moser sells a rear for the fourth gen that can use the stock wheels. If you want racing wheels with a stock length rear you need a 15X10 with a 7.5 backspace Weld draglites/prostars make this wheel. When I first got my car back in 95 this is what I had on the back. When that rear broke not much later I got the Moser and it was stock length (I have since narrowed it to allow more of a wheel selection). My understanding is that they are the same lenghth except for what is called the Austrailian 9 bolt which you want to stay away from as there is currently no aftermarket gears/parts for. I am pretty sure I am correct but double check me as always I do somtimes make mistakes. Hope this helps
