Live from Cecil County
We're here and its HOT and HUMID. This is the first time out since running Maple Grove and its good to see our racing crew and friends again. We made the trip from home uneventfully and ran the TNT yesterday and that went well so its a good start to the weekend already. The weather yesterday was running around 2700ft DA with the temperature only in the mid 80s but the humidity was as hi as 80% making it feel much worst and the rest of the weekend is going to be the same so be prepared for that. The track yesterday worked well for me but I did see some high HP cars having some trouble but I'm sure the NHRA guys will have the track working. So bring plenty of liquid refreshments and come on down.

Re: Live from Cecil County
Good Luck Robbie,
Wanted to be there but, decided to cross a bucket list item off and do Indy in a few weeks so had to save a few penny's up to make it out there. Probably stop down Sunday to watch and root on everyone. Rob K. |

Re: Live from Cecil County
Thanks guys, time runs yesterday went pretty well. Out of the box I went 10.907 and came back with a 10.881 so we're in the ball park. Yesterdays time runs went by quickly and where done by 6PM. There's no alcohol cars here this weekend but they did cancel a planned 3rd time run. The schedule for today is 1 time run and go in to eliminations starting at 9. Its going to be another hot and humid day so everyone stay hydrated. Photos to come later.

Re: Live from Cecil County
Well as you may know my weekend was a short one losing in the first round to Shawn Fricke. The weather was so bad (3100ftDA) 124 water grains it made it hard to make the correct stop adjustments and I was way fast. It was so bad Porter ran the AC in his toterhome (now that's bad). So were going to hang around for the 2nd round today then hit the road. We'll be back in action at Galot.

What? No Bowling Green? Was looking forward to seeing you there. Great track by the way if you haven’t ran there before.
