Default Recoating piston skirts

I have a set of used pistons that are perfect. Except the coating is scuffed a little. Before I reuse them. Is it possible to get them recoated? No idea what brand the current coating is. So who would you suggest to send them to? I looked at a couple places online. They for obvious reasons say not to send in dirty parts. But what about the coating on there now? Do I blast that off? Or do they do it? If I do it what media should I use in my cabinet? I know a lot of questions that a place that does this kind of work could probably answer. But it’s Sunday night and everyone is closed. And I’m trying to come up with a little bit of a plan. Of who to call this week and what to expect.
