Probably the best truck tire in that size would be the Michelin XPS Rib, which is a commercial truck tire , but are quite pricey. Last year I put 6 new 235/85R16 10 ply BF Goodrich Commercial T/A tires on my F350 dually, I have not put a lot of miles on them yet, maybe 5000 miles, all towing a 8500 pound enclosed trailer. I have no complaints with the BFGs,( which were made in the USA), and the price was pretty decent. Like the Michelin XPS Rib, they are a rib style highway, so likely not a great choice for bad weather driving, but since my truck stays parked for the wintered, that was not a concern.
