Default Pinion Angle

what is the proper way for setting pinion angle on a 4 link back half car, also instant center height and length. the car fits in SS-GA thru SS-JA. been reading to many articals. can be confusing.

primary # 910 642 0141 secondary # 910 840 3951 the car is a 69 camaro. no responces yet.
