Planning on going to Bowling Green from Raleigh NC, Google shows 3 routes all about the same amount of time. Been thru Boone that is a tough tow. So any recommendations on going straight over I-40 vs I-40 to I-77 to I-81 and back to I-40? Towing open trailer with 2010 F-150 crew cab.
Thanks!

Agree with staying I-40 as much as possible, and unless you’re hitting Nashville at rush hour I’d recommend going all the way on I-40 until you hit I-65N there.
