I'm getting ready to replace the ball joints and control arm bushings any recommendations on what to use Moog TRW AFCO ENERGY thanks in advance.

I've heard that poly bushings in the control arms tend to cause more friction. I've stuck with Moog replacements for just about everything. Upper control arm bushings can have their serrations filed down. Nothing hi-tech using bearings. I do use poly strut bushings for their firmness, but a couple have broken over the years, so I carry spares.
