Was at Reynolds today and it seems that the stocker cams seem to be a little more aggresive at idle while driving through the pits! I like that choppy sound why do they idle so rough because so much dur.and LSA with short lift? First time I been to a Div. race in a long time really missed that sound!
What are the specs on a stocker cam for a 302 Ford? Are they all the same as far as a flat tappet non roller engine? Auto-Stick???? Last edited by BLIND MULE; 10-12-2013 at 08:36 PM. |

They do sound great ... some have up to 50 or more degrees duration at .050 than the OE cam they replace.
