it's time to replace the shocks and springs on my car and was wondering if there is a big diff between single adj, or double adj shocks?
the car has single adj now and seems to hook good.

car info

4 link
650 hp
1.243 in 60 feet off the stop

thanks for any advice

Hey Kevin.. I was running Strange single adjustables in my SG 27 Roadster and found that with increased horsepower, I couldn't get the car soft enough on the leave.. it was actually porpoising for the first 60 to 80 feet.. I changed to the Strange double adjustables with a 10lb lighter spring, and with some chassis tips from Tom Goldman, was able to get the car to leave smooth and consistent.. but I'm about 130lbs lighter and 220 hp more than you..

My advice would be to replace what you have, with what you have if the car is working well.. why change??.. unless you like tinkering with adjustments.. I don't!!!

I also have two sets of Strange Single Adjustables and a set of 110lb springs if anyone is looking..
