Why No Protest?

Last year we got the "any valve job" change for Stock Eliminator. I posted on here and got no answer.

This year we get the "any valve spring" change. Why is there no debate about the fact that someone has an agenda to turn these cars into Super Stockers?

You do realise that the constant changes to the rules are what have allowed the new cars that everyone loves to hate, right?
