Need to Back-cut some Rings

I’m looking for somebody to back-cut a 4.600 Napier cut 2nd ring for a BBC bracket application. If memory serves me correct, I thought there was a guy in Kansas who does ring work for stock/super stock applications. Thanks for the help in advance.
