Default Thunderbolt weight

If I read correctly , an A car in S.S. carries 6lbs / hp. So the factory "rated" the 427 ( was that a tunnel port?) at 425 hp? So Paquet's car only carries 2550 / 2600 lbs?

or:

so is it LBS / hp or LBS / cid?

Super Stock factor for the T-Bolt is 466 (or 482 with replacement heads).

466x6.00 + 170 = 2966# or 3062# with replacement heads.

They are weighed together so the weight can come out of the car as is necessary in my case.

The car weight is figured as rated hp X lbs/hp for class plus 170 for the driver. All drivers are figured at 170 and you make up the difference from there.
