I have 91 s10 with a 4.3 that is slightly modified and run a bottle on. I heard that I should run foot break gambler class. Any ideas on what I should run? Take it easy on my little engine..lol.

There isn't really a NHRA class that your truck would fit in to. Check with your local track, but I'm sure they have a bracket class (like Foot Brake) that you could run in.
