Auto help in Johnson city Tennessee

My girlfriends daughter has car problems around Johnson city Tennessee. Is there a reputable place she can go to that won't give her the run around and overcharge for things she doesn't need.
Any help will be appreciated.

Go to the iATN main site www.iatn.net They have a shop finder feature. Seems like a good majority of the iATN member shops are pretty up and up people. I have recommended a few and have always had good results.
