I would still like to use my back seat but I would have to cut it in 3 pieces to fit around the bars tied into the spring mount. Is this acceptable to do as long as it looks neat? (Nice original back seat)

The rules say that you can remove the back seat when you install a roll bar/cage as long as you reupholster the area with cloth or fabric (no bare metal). So as long as you didn't have any exposed sheet metal there shouldn't be a problem. We used to do it all the time with street cars when we needed to keep the backseat!
