event schedule announcements

Does anyone have an idea at one point in the season the next years schedule is put out? whether its NHRA or IHRA?

The National Event Schedule is already out for NHRA. As far as the Divisonal Schedule goes it is normally around late October / Early November. With the NE schedule being released so early you might see the Div Schedule out a little early if they can get all the tracks settled on dates.

As far as IHRA that is anyone's guess as to what the plan is for 2017 with them. If they keep by tradition you can see a schedule anywhere between November to Late January. They usually release the Div Schedules at different times rather then all at once.

Great, thank you. Should be interesting to see what kind of schedule IHRA puts out. Hoping for the best, expecting the "you know what"
