The 2014 book is up on nhraracer.com. Just click under Rules in the LH column. They mentioned in the amendments that a couple more changes would be made but I didn't notice any in the Stock section.

I tried today and the download was the August 2013 version of the 2013 rulebook. Can you give a direct link; I couldn't find the 2014 book online.

I just did the same thing again, clicked "Rules" and now the 2014 book downloads! I guess the west is just a day late. . .often more than a dollar short.

Just look at it this way, if there are no rule changes in Stock, it will not cost you more money to race your Stock Eliminator car. Let's leave sleeping dogs lie.
