What's up with the 11.50 index race at E town. S/St out and index racing in?

It was a special race that the winner and runner-up from a race held at E-Town, Cecil, Atco & Maple all got to participate in. Not sure what event it was but, if you were the winner or r/up you got to go to the Summers and run on the big stage. They had 8 cars and ran 1st round Sat and the rest Sunday.
