Default push rods

Is it legal to change the diameter of the push rods in stock.and can guide plates be cut to center the guide with the rocker and push rod.

Yes, you can change pushrod dimensions. Aftermarket guide plates are legal, I don't see why modified OEM guide plates wouldn't be.

As with anything, you have two options. Get approval in writing from Glendora. Or do it, and if you get caught, plead ignorance (the old "it is easier to beg forgiveness than to ask permission" adage).
