SBC Head Question

I have a pair of small block Chevy heads that I'm a bit confused about. The casting number is 3951598, but it has a 441 casted on the underside on the port, and a small X casted on the other port. Casting date is Nov. '69. Looks like they came off of a 400 sb because they have the steam holes drilled, and the holes look factory.
Anybody seen such an animal?

Yes. I had two sets. Both were 1970 400 heads.

And they probably have 1.6 exhaust valves.

Darn sure do, I wouldn't have thought of that for $100.
