Default front mounted fuel cell

Are there any classes in super stock where a front mounted fuel cell is allowed.

My AX car has the cell in the front. I've never been questioned about it. Really don't recall seeing anything specific about it in the rule book. Mine of course has the specified 1-1/4 tubing around it. Joe

I wanted to mount mine up front and was told in writing (email) no. I don't have a copy of it because I changed servers.
Being FWD I could use the weight up front

I have a DX car and Bruce specifically told me that I couldn't have my fuel cell up front.

Next time I speak to Tim I'll ask him. May be best to contact your division director, or directly to NHRA. My BX cars cell is in the back, however never had an issue on my AX cars cell. Maybe they didn't notice it I don't know. Probably best to get the official word on this before you commit yourself. Joe BTW Jegs sells the Faux headlites.

I originally built my car with the cell in the front and had to change it. Was told the rulebook allows - factory fuel tank, fuel cell in factory tank location or trunk mounted cell.
