Default '76 318 specs

NHRA has listed two HP specs for the '76 318, 140 and 150. Both have the same cam, intake, carb head etc. Am I missing something or is this a typo for the 318-4v that shows up in later years? Thanks

78 is first year of 4 Barrel 318. Do not know why 76 should have diff. ratings.
I think the four barrel combo is better way to go.

I think Chrysler rated the engine differently in different cars. Sort of like the Corvette engine was always higher than the same engine in a Camaro. Maybe exhaust manifolds make a difference too?

Single/dual exh, maybe different veh's and manifolds as previously mentioned, hard to say. With some fords it was 2bbl carb or 2bbl variable venturi style carb had different ratings for essentially the same engine.
Regardless, both engines are lumped together and are rated at 190hp. (I checked a 76 dodge 318)
