Default caltrac set up

putting some thought in my caltrac bars and was looking for some help
1 what hole is best 2 best way to set bars? in a 1968 camaro SBC

68 camaro 434 smallblock 600 hp PG trans 1 80 first gear 4 11 to 1 rear 30 inch tall tires front end all afco bushing and low friction ball joints moroso springs and QA1 shocks rear has split leaf

Start in the top hole and by all means make sure you have 5 inches MINIMUM front end travel or you could be pulling your hair out with starting line burn outs on marginal tracks.
