nhra requires a cage in all gt truck classes. i'm not sure if ihra is the same , don't have their book handy. but i would assume it's the same.

Next question, After seeing that you have a cowl hood on your truck, what is the ruling on that? Same scoop as engine could have came with?

mine is a modified truck (ss/tb) we are allowed a cowl hoodscoop, no forward facing scoops like the modified cars. gt trucks are flat hood only. it makes no diffference if the eng. had a scoop originally. good luck with the build we need more trucks. there a few fast b and c trucks . gt/ta is pretty open.
