G.M 8" balancer

I was cleaning up garage and found 8 " bal. Can anyone tell me what engine it came from,part # 3896966 it is in good shape for a resto project

Looks like it is from 69-75 350 chevy,does it have a date stamp on it. gsa612

balancer dimensions should be 8 in x1 5/16in came on 67-68 L-48 car engines (SS-350)

there is 2 sets of #,s c or 0 18 5ae then below that # is 2222 and a W and a 2 left to right above the 389 #
