Van Lant gets my vote. He's in southwest MO, Bruce Parsons (Parsons and Myers) in Dayton is also top notch. You've got a great list here so I'd call each and discuss what you need and the timeframe involved.

I spoke to Ryan and he said he would not do a set of stock or superstock heads. Said he did not under stand the concept or theory and the weird valve angles. However if you were running one of the modified superstock classes I would talk to Ryan about that. He would be good doing that style of head.
