Reputable Engine Re-builder PA

I am trying to help a friend out. Do any of you guys know of a good, reliable engine re-builder in the Monroeville, PA (East of Pittsburgh) area? This is not a race engine just an engine out of a driver car.

is this a daily driver motor (like a V6 sedan or something) or a V8 muscle car/ truck motor. There's are a good bit of shops around for most. Rhodes Performance Machine in Somerset, PA (really good place), stage V in hollsopple, pa seem to get stuff done right, stand behind it and in a timely manner (motor doesnt go to engine shop jail). may be worth jumping on pittsburgh raceway park's site on drag race results and asking there as well.
