2011 IHRA Divison 2 Pro Am Schedule (Question)

Is Union County still with IHRA if so I thought they where in Division 2...I know they gave them a race in Division 9 to replace Morrisvilles race this year.But I see they are not in the Division 2 Line up.
Also saw where Tony Brown the track manager at Union has Left there to go be the Track manager at Mooresville Dragway

Immokalee Regional Raceway 1/8 Mile February 4-6
Palm Beach International Raceway ¼ Mile April 29-May 1
Carolina Dragway 1/8 Mile July 22-24
Darlington Dragway 1/8 Mile September 2-4
