best head choice 66 396/325 combo?

We are working on a combo for a customer here 66 chevelle. wants a big block combo which would be the best one? 325,360,375??? Which heads are best? Just trying to get some ideas and save some R&D time. let me know if any body has experience or suggestions on this combo.

One thing to be aware of on the 375 version, is it's manual trans only in a 66 Chevelle.
