Great stuff. Also the new 5.7 and 6.1 Hemi use those standard. We have them on all our race cars. And they can make them any thickness you need to get to where you need to be.

If you are careful during removal, they are reusable.
To reuse, first clean both sides of the gaskets with Acetone or MEK.
Apply Permatex Ultra Black RTV Silicone Gasket Maker # 82180 and coat both sides of the gaskets with a small paint roller brush.
Re-install gaskets when sealer is tacky.

We use them all of the time. Custom thicknesses and bore sizes are made to order. You spend a few $$$ up front, but the price evens out to be the same if you are careful and reuse them a time or two. They are a very nice product. Kevyn Kistner at Cometic can get you what you want.

I have been reusing them for a couple of years, I just clean them and put them back on.
Not one issue. I know several guys doing the same thing.

Thats a biggie, I was warned by Art Leong to make sure to clean them WELL between uses. Ive had not one problem, only 2 lost the coatings whatever that stuff is.

And you can pop rivets and laminate the stock ones for the right clearances. They arent cheap but Ill take em over copper anyway.

Weve never had a leak, short of the one time I put the headgaskets on the wrong side Isnt a problem with the 6.1 just the 5.7. Theyre slick, not cheap but slick.

If you have a stock bore DP 5.7 or 6.1, the factory gasket is cheap. The 5.7 is 3 ply, .026 I think and about 8 bucks. The 6.1 is 4 ply, .039 and I'm not sure of the price. They are both .025 over stock bore.
