I have a 97 F350 dually with a gooseneck hitch. The truck sags more than I like and would like to level the load. I see the Helwig helper springs and the Air Lift 5000 air bag kit. What have you used and what do you recommend? Thanks for any replies!

The air bags are way to go. I wouldn't add any helper springs. Make sure whatever air bag kit you get, make sure it includes Firestone bags! I been using them on my Ford dually for over 15 years.

My 2004 F350 is going into the shop to install a set of
the air bags this week to handle the weight of my camper. I also looked at the Tembrea (sp?) bags, but there is no adjustment on them so you "can" end up with a harsh ride when empty.
