Default radial rears, vehicle R/T, 60ft and tire pressure

Anyone notice on their car that:

There is a certain tire pressure point that there car 60 fts the lowest, and the vehicle r/t is the lowest with radial tires?

IE your reaction times are improving along with your 60fts and your ets?

Using Hoosier lightweight radials, pressure in rears from 18.5 to 19.5, 60 foots from 1.54-5 down to 1.50-2, all other things equal.

Thanks

Eric
