Default Airborne coatings=jet hot

Airborne Coatings has been bought by Jet Hot. Airborne was my first choice for header coating. I'll now try NitroPlate.

That's a shame they were bought up by a company like Jet Hot. ..........I have a 10 year old set of headers Airborne coated and the are still nice .......The set I had done at Jet Hot 3 years ago [ because theit facility is only 20 min. from me ] are already rusting.......Looks like Nitro plate from now on. ....Tom

Kind of ironic that my 442nd post on ClassRacer is about Jet Hot.

They still owe me some contingency from almost 6 months ago,and I was under the impression that they didn't have any money to send a check.

Now I find out that they are making acquisitions?

I like you had used Airborne for several sets. But decided to try Nitro Plate this time and could not be happier!!!!!! Excellent work, and fast turn around and great packaging... I would not go back even if they had not been sold to Jet Hot........

At one time Airborne had 3 facilities. A few years back, the connecticut facility that is owned by Gene Schaeffer, went on it's own under the name Central Connecticut Coatings. Gene developed the original process airborne uses. Gene and his company are great to deal with and the quality is the original excellent . They are in East Hartford, Ct,

I'm glad to hear the E Hartford facility is still open.I had my header(yeah header,as in
singular) done by them 11 years ago. They still look good, just a small trace of rust down at the collector.I'd use them again in a NY minute.Screw the contingency propoganda I'm happy with the quality. The turn around was fast too.
