Th350/line pressure?

How much line pressure is necessary with a brake on a t350 behind a 283 super stocker.
With the recent 3 tenths hit I am looking for a little more et without spending a bunch of dough. With the spring supplied with the valve body it has like 175 psi.

Mine has 175-180 during the run. I assume it's the same just idling. Joe
