Harmonic damper repair

Need to repair bolt holes in damper.If I drill and retap holes up 1 size will this affect the balance of the damper? It is an 8in. steel damper ,SBC,max 6500 rpm

Fan,
Going to a larger bolt will not affect the balance as long as you do all of them, but why not just put a helicoil(s) in it ? This way you wont have to mess with the holes in the pulley etc. I have helicoiled a few dampers and have never had an issue with them.
