Best Electronics for '93 Camaro C/SA?

OK, two questions in a row is probably pushing it, right?

Just looking to improve on the Stocker I am getting this weekend.

It has the Accel ECU and just wondering if the FAST or ?? can show improvement that is worth the cost?

Look into the ViPec system it has just about all the bells and whistles (you can use LS1 coil over plug)of the Motec units but its under $2000.
The adjustability is great with the cold start set up. I can start my car with no throttle pressure in 20 degree temps and it idles like a daily driver.
