Transmission Mount

What are you guys using for a transmission mount? Would you use a polyurethane mount or would a stock rubber mount be OK? Comments?

Either one will work, just don't use a solid mount.

In my experience, when I ran a urethane trans mount with solid engine mounts, I busted cases in the bellhousing area. Since I went to the cheapest stock ones, I haven't had a problem.
