spring loaded, swing out side bar kit

Comp Eng. used to sell a nice a kit, but they discontinued it a few years back. Look in an old Summit catalog, I have one from 2003 and its listed for $59.00. I recently missed a new/old kit on Ebay for $35.00 !!!!!!
